The room was clean the air conditioning was perfect at 60 degrees and the heater (hubby is anemic)was perfect at H2. The front desk staff was courteous, polite and professional. The eateries in the area McDonald's, the Chinese Restaurant and the Pizzeria are over priced and the food was not that good. There is a deli on the corner of 93rd Street is reasonably priced and the sandwiches and salads were delicious. I can't comment on parking because we took a taxi and public transportation. Overall we had a good time and a nice experience.

Fabulous experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Especially while checking-in. Would come back again! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and have amazing views!

Great place to stay in the city!! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. There was rain and many guests asked for umbrellas and the staff had a store they gave out. We had no issues checking in. The property felt safe and was in a perfect location. Right off of Times Square and near Broadway. Subway station within a few blocks.
It is NYC, and we had a window room, so we heard city sounds all night. But didn’t hear our hotel neighbors. The elevators are snug and the stairs are steep, but this was expected in the city. We had amazing water pressure and a spacious shower. Good AC too, we came on a record high day. We did have a window unit, but it was more than adequate to cool our room. But the blinds do have to be cracked to allow for the cool air to flow, this may be a problem for some.
We spend most of our time exploring, so a clean and comfortable bed and a good shower is perfect for us. As parents we also felt safe and comfortable in the room and general area.

"Super convenient location, especially on rainy days, with direct access to Grand Central Station. The lobby is beautiful, and the elevators are quick and efficient. While the rooms are a bit outdated, they are still comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely return."
